| TIMBER RIDGE MEMBERSHIP All land is property of Timber Ridge Ranch. Membership does not include ownership of any land at Timber Ridge Ranch. Timber Ridge is a member’s only facility. Membership must be approved by Richard and LaDonna Bumann. Guests are allowed on the property beyond the Lodge only with the accompaniment of a registered member. Guests are not permitted to operate any motorized vehicles on the trails. All guests must check in at the Lodge. Membership Occasionally there are new Memberships available. New member prospects must check with Richard and LaDonna Bumann for availability and rates. Memberships is for the immediate family households. Roommates, neighbors and other non-relatives must apply for their own membership. A family membership is based on the family members who live together in the same household. |
